Terms of Service

Last updated: August 8, 2026

StreamSolid is a service of Willis Worxs LLC, a limited liability company. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us", and "StreamSolid" refer to Willis Worxs LLC.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using StreamSolid ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StreamSolid provides a platform for downloading vetted, functional parametric 3D printable models. The standard size of every published model is available as a free STL download. Additional sizes are created with the Custom Builds included with a free account, unlocked for a single model with a one-time Per-Model Unlock purchase, or generated without limit under a Pro subscription.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

4. Plans and Payment

4.1 Free Standard Downloads

4.2 Free Account

4.3 Per-Model Unlock

4.4 Pro Subscription

4.5 Saved Payment Methods

4.6 Invite Rewards

4.7 Custom Size (Unlimited, Fair Use)

Custom Size lets you generate an exact size of a model outside its preset sizes. On any model you own an Unlock for, or on any model while you are subscribed to Pro, Custom Size generation is unlimited. "Unlimited" means:

4.8 Ongoing Access to Unlocks

Where this site says an unlocked model or size is yours to keep, it means this: for as long as StreamSolid offers that model, the sizes you unlocked stay available to your account, with free re-downloads and free file updates. We may withdraw a model from the catalog, for example where it is superseded or where we no longer have the right to publish it. If that happens, files you have already downloaded remain licensed to you under Section 5, but they may no longer be available to re-download. This is subject to Sections 10 and 11.

5. Intellectual Property and Licensing

5.1 Files Are Licensed, Not Sold

StreamSolid and its licensors retain all ownership of the models and files. When you download a model, whether it is free, unlocked, or accessed through Pro, you receive a license to use that file. You do not acquire ownership of the model or the file.

5.2 License and Permitted Use (Free and Model Unlock)

By default (StreamSolid Free and Per-Model Unlock), all downloads are granted under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own personal or internal use only. Under this license you may print the parts, including any Custom Size you generate, for yourself, your household, or internal use inside your own business (for example, a jig or fixture you use in your own shop but do not sell).

You may NOT sell the printed parts, or use them in a product or service you sell, under this license. You may NOT resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense any downloaded file, including standard STLs or Custom Size STLs. You may NOT upload models, in any form, to other marketplaces, catalogs, or file-sharing platforms. Commercial use is included with a Pro subscription, which grants a commercial license for downloaded files (see 5.3 below). Violations of this license may result in suspension or termination of your account and legal action.

5.3 Commercial License (Pro)

The personal-use license above does not permit commercial use. A Pro subscription grants a commercial license for the files you download, and any Custom Size you generate, while subscribed. Under this license you may sell the physical parts you print, in any quantity, through any channel, and use them in products, client work, kits, and commercial services, including bulk or wholesale production.

Even under a commercial license, you may NOT resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or otherwise pass along the digital files themselves, or any derivative of them, as files. You may NOT white-label, repackage, or otherwise present the StreamSolid catalog as your own CAD catalog or model collection.

5.4 Restrictions

You may NOT:

In short, anything beyond your own personal or internal use (or, under Pro, selling the printed parts themselves) is prohibited. Scraping, mirroring, or automated collection of the site or its files, and automated generation aimed at reverse-engineering or cloning a model, are violations of these Terms and may also be unlawful.

5.5 Enforcement and Takedowns

Your acceptance of these Terms is recorded with the version of the Terms in force at the time, and each download is recorded against that version. A listing that offers StreamSolid files, or printed parts made from them, for sale without the commercial license described in 5.3 violates this agreement. For any such listing, you agree that StreamSolid may require you to remove it, may report it to the hosting marketplace or platform under that platform's intellectual-property and policy procedures, and may suspend or terminate your account. We may also pursue any other remedy available under these Terms or applicable law. To report an unauthorized listing, or to respond to a takedown request, contact support@streamsolid.com.

5.6 User Content License

If you submit build photos, videos, print results, reviews, or design requests to StreamSolid, you keep ownership of that content. By submitting it, you grant StreamSolid a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use it on the Service and in our marketing, including the site, emails, and social channels.

5.7 Roadmap Suggestions

Anyone with an account can suggest an idea on the public roadmap. We read every suggestion, but only a small percentage that fit the catalog are ever built. Suggestions submitted while a Pro subscription is active are marked as Pro suggestions and listed first. Submitting an idea never guarantees it will be built. Models built from a suggestion remain StreamSolid's intellectual property, licensed to the catalog the same as any other model (see 5.1 above); the requester's benefit is visibility on the list, not ownership of the resulting model.

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STREAMSOLID SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to liability.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold StreamSolid harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Print Farm and Supplier Network

12.1 Scope

This section applies to businesses that apply to, join, or are listed in the StreamSolid print farm network or partner and supplier directory ("Partners"). It supplements, and does not replace, any separate written agreement between a Partner and StreamSolid.

12.2 Non-Exclusive Relationship

Participation in the network or directory is non-exclusive. Partners remain free to sell, print, and fulfill for any other party, through any channel, and StreamSolid remains free to work with any number of other partners, suppliers, or fulfillment providers. Nothing in a listing, application, or approval grants a Partner exclusivity over any customer, region, product, order, or sales channel. Listing or approval does not obligate StreamSolid to send any orders, referrals, or business, and does not guarantee any volume.

12.3 Sales and Fulfillment Channels

StreamSolid may add, modify, remove, or discontinue sales, ordering, checkout, referral, and fulfillment channels at any time and at its sole discretion. This includes, without limitation, the current model of linking customers to Partners' own stores, as well as any future channels such as on-site ordering, brokered or managed fulfillment, and third-party fulfillment. Participation does not entitle a Partner to any particular channel, and StreamSolid may decide which Partners, if any, participate in a given channel.

12.4 Approval and Revocation

A supplier badge or listing in the print network is application-only, granted at StreamSolid's discretion based on our quality bar and the network's needs, and is never guaranteed by holding a Pro subscription or by applying. It may be suspended or revoked at any time for quality issues, customer complaints, misconduct, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
