Luggage Tag V1
A luggage tag with a strap slot and a recessed text area on each face, built to the card size you type. With a free StreamSolid account you type your text for the front and the back, pick a font, place it where you like, and download the STL with the letters cut 1 mm deep into both sides.
Two-color printing with filament swaps: print the tag flat, then add a filament change at 1.2 mm and another at 2.2 mm in your slicer. Start with the card color, switch to the letter color at 1.2 mm, and switch back to the card color at 2.2 mm. The middle 1 mm band forms the floor of both text recesses, so the letters on both faces come out in the second color while the card keeps the first. In Bambu Studio and OrcaSlicer, right-click the layer slider and choose Add color change. In PrusaSlicer, click the plus on the layer slider. In Cura, use the Filament Change post-processing script. A single-color print still reads clearly because the recess is 1 mm deep.
