Commercial License Certificate
Granted under the StreamSolid Terms of Service, Section 4 (License & Intellectual Property)
Grant of license
While the licensee holds an active StreamSolid Pro subscription, StreamSolid grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license covering every model file downloaded from the StreamSolid catalog during the subscription. Under this license the licensee may:
- Print physical parts from downloaded files and sell those printed parts, in any quantity, through any channel
- Use printed parts in products, client work, kits, and commercial services
- Produce parts in bulk, including farm and wholesale production
Conditions and restrictions
- The license covers physical prints. The digital files themselves may not be resold, redistributed, shared, sublicensed, or re-uploaded anywhere
- StreamSolid and its licensors retain all ownership of the models and files; this certificate conveys use rights, not ownership
- Files downloaded while subscribed remain licensed for continued commercial use of parts already produced; new downloads require an active subscription
Liability
All files are provided as-is, with no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. Parts are printed and used entirely at the licensee's own risk, and the licensee is responsible for validating every part for its application. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamSolid and Willis Worxs, LLC accept no liability for part failures, print defects, property damage, personal injury, or any direct or consequential losses arising from the use of downloaded files or parts produced from them. Nothing here excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
